human connection. human rights. love. kindness. our beating hearts. color. whimsy. art and creativity. mental health days. emotion over perfection. quality over quantity. people. wearing whatever you want. following the path you’re making along the way. trusting your gut. turning up the music until you can feel it. looking at things in a different way. romance with a good dose of humor. poetry. eating the cake and not feeling bad about it. celebrating the small victories. the healing powers of sunshine and nature. chasing the biggest dreams. rest, too. slow mornings. pretending my life is a movie when i am in a window seat on a plane and a really good song comes on in my headphones. seeking the unknown and the more. questioning + chasing curiosities. everyone being worthy of love and celebration.


I believe that:

all love is valid and true and worthy. all people are remarkable and beautiful. all bodies are lovely. art should have no rules. neither should weddings for that matter. creativity is a rebellious act of love. everyone needs to heal. the world is better with color. talks with close friends can reset your soul for a few months. nature is needed. having your photo taken can actually be a dang good time. grief is an overwhelming force that makes me even more grateful for love. traveling the world enhances every sense in every sense. kindness is always free and costs nothing to give out. Love is the best gift. peace can exist within us, even when chaos is around us. the best is yet to come.
